Our Refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Refunds
• In the event you wish to return any items you have purchased, please inform us within 10 days upon receipt of your purchase.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
• We kindly ask you to e-mail us (sales@aristotelis.gr) quoting your invoice or order number (which you can retrieve from the packaging slip or from My Account – Dashboard – Orders) and the reason you wish to return the item(s).
• We will contact you within 48 hours upon receipt of your e-mail in order to process your request.
• Once your return is received and checked, we will send you an email.
• Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment minus the shipping costs for the return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The refund will be for the cost of the returned goods.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@aristotelis.gr within 10 days of receiving your order.
Cancellations
Cancellation of an order can occur only prior to the shipping date of the order. Once an order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled.
Breakages
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at sales@aristotelis.gr with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
