Well, it is easy. Browse through our categories of handcrafted products, click the Add to Cart button for every item you chose to add into the Shopping Cart. When you are ready to checkout just click on the the Proceed to Checkout button in the Shopping Cart page.
We accept all major credit cards ( VISA, MASTERCARD, MAESTRO, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DISCOVER, DINERS). You can also pay by using your Masterpass electronic wallet. Furthermore, we offer PayPal payments (Note: There will be a 5% surcharge to the purchase amount due to Paypal increased handling fees; we kindly ask for you understanding on that matter). You will be given the option to choose which method you prefer at the checkout stage.
You can check the status of your order by signing in to My Account – Dashboard – Orders.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sales@aristotelis.gr with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Yes we do. You can proceed directly to the checkout process without having to register. At the Billing step of the checkout process, you will be given the option to create an account by just choosing a password. This way, your first time checkout process does not get delayed and any future (hopefully) checkouts will be super fast for you.
Alternatively, If you are a new costumer you can create an account before the checkout process. If you are a returning customer, you just sign in using your credentials.
Yes you can. We have taken all necessary measures to safeguard our website and provide you with a safe and secure environment to do your shopping. Yes you can. Once you have added all your items in the shopping cart you can proceed to our Checkout page. It is protected by a SSL encryption certificate. Cancellation of an order can occur only prior to the shipping date of the order. Once an order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled.

Delivery times depend upon your preffered method of shipping (DHL EXPRESS or Greek Postal Service) and your shipping to address.
Estimated Delivery time with DHL EXPRESS is from 5 to 8 days for worldwide delivery (including USA or Canada) and 3 to 5 days for European addresses.
Estimated Delivery time with the Greek Postal Service (ΕΛΤΑ) is from 2 to 3 weeks for worldwide delivery (including USA or Canada) and 7 to 10 days for European addresses.

Yes we do. We offer two methods of shipping, DHL EXPRESS and Greek Postal Service. Rates and estimated delivery times depends upon your preferred method of shipping and final destination.

If you have selected the Greek Postal Service shipping method, the first step would be to check with your local Post Office as they may be holding it there, since all orders must be signed for by you. Alternatively, feel free to email us regarding any delay and we can track it for you.
If you selected the DHL EXPRESS shipping method, it can be tracked online https://www.dhl.gr/en/express/tracking with the tracking number that you were provied with your order shippment confirmation.

Returns
In the event you wish to return any items you have purchased, please inform us within 10 days upon receipt of your purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We kindly ask you to e-mail us (sales@aristotelis.gr) quoting your invoice or order number (which you can retrieve from the packaging slip or from My Account – Dashboard – Orders) and the reason you wish to return the item(s).
We will contact you within 48 hours upon receipt of your e-mail in order to process your request.
Once your return is received and checked, we will send you an email.
Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment minus the shipping costs for the return.

Products
Olive wood will need regular oiling with olive oil or any other food safe oil. Apply a light coat with a lint free piece of clothe on the surface of the wood. Allow to dry naturally.
You can hand wash it with warm water and soap. Avoid putting Olivewood in the dishwasher.
There is a plethora of Leather Care products in the market that you can choose from. Although we cannot recommend any particular product we encourage you to do your own research.
We do recommend however using a very light colourless and odorless hand cream to cleanse and polish your leather product. Just use a lint free, cotton piece of clothe and apply a small amount of hand cream on the leather in a light circular motion.
